汲取手数料について

【料金改定日】令和６年６月１日　※超える量が20リットル未満の場合は20リットルとみなして算定します。

ご留意いただきたいこと

• 各ご家庭・事業所を効率よく巡回するため、エリアごとの定期収集へのご協力をお願いします（使用が少なく不定期の収集で十分な場合は、大変お手数ですが、都度お電話でのご予約をお願いします。

• 繁忙期など各月の作業量により訪問日は変動しますので予めご了承ください。

• 定期収集ではご不在の場合でも収集を行います。

• 本日中・明日中などの急なご依頼は原則お受けできかねますので、１週間程度の余裕をもってご予約ください。

• お引越しやトイレの工事、仮設トイレの撤去などの臨時収集は、１週間程度の余裕をもってご予約ください。なお、仮設トイレの収集作業のご予約の際は必ず、設置場所を明示した地図の写しをファクス送信（0867-42-0548）いただきますようお願いします（営業エリアは真庭市久世地区および湯原地区に限ります）。

• 水トラブルによる満水や意図しない流出など緊急を要する場合は至急ご要請ください。

• 汲取口付近や作業通路周辺は、作業可能なスペースの確保をお願いします。盆栽、植木鉢などの壊れやすいものや危険物を置かないようにしてください。なお、車や自転車等が汲取口付近に駐車、駐輪されていると作業ができない場合があります。

• 便槽の破損や蓋の異常は雨水等の浸入、悪臭、害虫発生の原因になりますので定期的な点検や修理をお願いします。

• 冬期積雪時は汲取口付近や作業通路周辺の除雪をお願いします。

• 便槽の中に容器や紙おむつ、繊維類を捨てないでください。ホ－スが閉塞し収集作業ができなくなります。

• 汲取作業中は臭気や車両通行の妨げになることがあり大変ご迷惑をお掛けする場合がありますが、ご理解とご協力をよろしくお願いします。

Important Notes

• To ensure efficient collection from each household and business, we ask for your cooperation with the regular collection schedule for each area (If you use the service infrequently and irregular collection is sufficient, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please call to make a reservation each time.).

• Please note that collection dates may vary depending on the monthly workload, such as during peak seasons.

• We will still perform the cleaning even if you are not home during the scheduled collection.

• As a general rule, we are unable to accept last-minute requests—such as those needing to be completed today or tomorrow—so please make your reservation about a week in advance.

• For special collections—such as those related to moving, bathroom renovations, or the removal of portable toilets—please make your reservation about one week in advance.When scheduling a pickup for portable toilets, please be sure to fax a map clearly indicating the installation location to 0867-42-0548 (our service area is limited to the Kuse and Yubara districts of Maniwa City).

• In case of an emergency, such as a flood or an unintended spill, please contact us immediately.

• Please ensure there is sufficient space available for work near manholes and around work walkways. Do not place fragile items such as bonsai trees or flower pots, or any hazardous materials, in these areas. If cars, bicycles, or other vehicles are parked near manholes, we may be unable to perform our work.

• Damage to the septic tank or problems with the lid can lead to the ingress of rainwater and other fluids, foul odors, and pest infestations, so please be sure to have it inspected and repaired regularly.

• During the winter when there is snow on the ground, please clear the snow around manholes and work walkways.

• Please do not dispose of sanitary products or other foreign objects in the septic tank. This can cause the hose to become blocked, preventing collection operations.

• During the waste collection process, there may be odors or disruptions to vehicle traffic, which may cause you considerable inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
